The ToHa 2 project has been launched.
The building's unique shape resembles an iceberg, inspired by the designer and architect, Ron Arad. The project offers excellent transport accessibility. The large area (17 dunams) surrounding the building is designed as a green park. Building tenants will also enjoy well-groomed gardens, trees and leisure corners. These days, underground parking garages are being built for phase B, a particularly high building offering 75 floors with 160,000 sqm of office space.
ToHa 2 – Winning Collaboration
The project will be built by Amot Investments and Gav-Yam Land Corporation Ltd., that share equal rights in a property located on the corner of Derech HaShalom, Yigal Allon and Tozeret Haaretz Streets in Tel Aviv.
The ToHa2 project includes 160,000 sqm of upper marketing area for rent and 45,000 sqm of underground parking. The partners estimate that the total construction cost (including required adapting to tenant needs-TI) will amount to NIS 3 billion.
The construction of ToHa2 will begin in the coming months, following the completion of the partial underground parking, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
