The plot area is 14.6 dunams; 10,241 sqm of built-up space, of which 6,790 sqm are used as a logistics building for rent (12-14 meter-high) and 3,451 sqm of office space, spread over three floors.

The building is fully used by Unilever Israel Food Ltd; it is occupied by the Company`s local headquarters and its primary and largest logistics center in Israel.
